Trans Siberian Prose and little Jeanne from France

I enjoyed reading this poem by Blaise Cendrars. It grabbed my attention with the many different ways of expressing imagery. I find it interesting how the poem is about a man who is watching a girl sleep and while at the same time expressing all the things he saw throughout his travels. It is very controversial if he really did go to those places and seen those things or even if he met the girl, maybe he just wanted to make his story seem more interesting to add a love interest. Either way if it was true or not i really enjoyed reading it and the style of his writing to keep the reader focused.
